I'm due back at work in a couple of hours and I've been reflecting back on what I have done. I've been thinking I've not actually done too much and my time has been wasted, but it actually wasn't.

I had a big tidy up of my room last Saturday and then on Sunday my brother came over with my nephew for the day and my sister came over in the afternoon for a few hours. On Monday I went out with mum to a bead shop that's half an hour away and then we went into town for a couple of hours. Tuesday was spent making a new necklace and bracelet from the beads I'd bought on Monday and I also made a long necklace on thread (but I need to buy more thread and redo it). I then went to my cousins with my mum and sister for tea and a natter. Wednesday was a lazy day before going to my brothers for tea. On Thursday I went out with the folks to somewhere really nice for lunch and then onto a really nice (yet expensive) wool shop as both myself and mum wanted some wool to do ourselfs a new jacket. We ended up not buying any and they remembered about a mill not too far from our house that they had visited once before but it was closing as they arrived so they never actually bought anything. Both of us actually managed to buy something. Mum bought some cream cotton for her jacket and I bought some really amazing wool. Now a few years ago I knitted a cardigan that cost a fortune as it had beads worked into it. I still have this cardigan, but as I hardly wear it I'm keeping my eyes peeled for a pattern to do a new one (I intend in undoing the one I have and reusing the beads as they were the most expensive part) but I had no luck. I found something a whole load better, it's wool with tiny little coloured sequins in it. I could either have the wools main colour as a pale brown, pale blue or a salmon pink...... I went for the salmon pink and it is gorgeous. Friday morning was spent playing games on my laptop and friday afternoon I decided to start on my new jacket. Saturday I went out with my mum and sister. My sister had bought mum a voucher for a hand massage and manicure and she decided to go and have it done on Saturday and we both went with her to have our hands done too. Now I like to be different........ so what do you think of the colour???

Yesterday my brother came round again with my nephew for the day and he kept us pretty much entertained. This morning was mostly spent trying to solve a problem on my laptop, all these pop ups kept appearing with blank screens, I tried all sorts, but to no avail, and now they're gone, not sure what one thing in particular resolved it, or whether it's going to come back again but it's ok for now so I hope it'll stay that way.

I did hear from SD yesterday, he rang me in the morning for a couple of munutes and we spoke for about an hour last night. I know I should be telling him to leave me alone considering what he keeps putting me through, but there's a small part of me that still thinks everything is going to be ok, I know I'm being stupid but I do feel we made a breakthrough last night, we actually had an honest discussion about something he had been refusing to talk about, I didn't particularly liked what he had to say, but I love him and I'm not strong enough to tell him to leave me alone.
