i've spent the majority of the day playing mindless games on the internet and am getting to the braqin dead stage!! seriously resisting the urge to go to the shops and pick up a load of chocolate and crisps and proper pig out this evening!! not sure i'll resist for too much longer... seriously need to snap out of it

There must be something in the air today, I am having a down day as well.
I know it's not much comfort, but you will find, with time, that you do start to have a few good moments, then hours and eventually a day.
There is nothing wrong with 'you' it's just the crap that's called life that's surrounding you at the moment.
